Southwark Law Centre
Southwark Law Centre is a registered charity and are goverened by a trustee board of local residents. They do not provide a drop in service or provide general information for the oublic. They tedn to take referrals from other agencies - for example, advice centres, councillors, social workers and community groups.
To make a referral or discuss a case plese contact on 0207 732 2008 (telephone hours: 10 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 5.30 pm).
There is a duty solicitor that is in attendance from Monday to Thursday who is able to speak other agencies. Frontline workers can telephone for consultancy on welfare rights issues on Wednesday between 10 am and 3 pm.
Specialist legal services, casework and representation in employment, housing, asylum/immigration and welfare rights law are provided for people that mainly live or work in the London Borough of Southwark.
